Due to regulations mandated by the State of South Dakota, ALL students applying to a post-secondary institution must document their immune status for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR).

Proof of two doses of the MMR vaccine; OR two doses of measles, mumps and rubella vaccine; OR proof of history of the diseases are required.  If you are not able to receive the required MMR immunizations due to medical or religious reasons, you may choose to complete an exemption form which may be obtained from the Admissions Office.  Students who fail to provide the required proof of immunizations or exemption will be refused class registration until in compliance.
