What is Marvelous Meaningful Monthly Math?

• Marvelous Meaningful Monthly Math is a program sponsored by Central Area Tech Prep, Mitchell Technical Institute, and Bridges.
• Participants will receive math problems each month that relate to sixteen different careers – one in each of the sixteen career clusters.
• The problems will encompass and reinforce a variety of math skills and concepts.

How does Marvelous Meaningful Monthly Math work?

• During the months of October through April, problems will be sent via e-mail to participating instructors on approximately the first Monday of each month.
• During the month, the instructors can incorporate the problems into lessons.
• By the last Monday of each month, the instructors will mail the hard copies of each student’s problem and solution to;

• From the correct entries submitted, a winner will be selected. The winner will receive a prize.

How can my students participate?

• Instructors will receive all sixteen math problems, one from every cluster area, each month.
