At the completion of the first year (diploma), graduates will be able to:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot devices in the network.
- Install and configure computer components.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware components.
- Manage Microsoft Windows client operating systems and software.
- Use the Internet as both a research and publishing tool.
- Describe how a network works.
- Implement an IP addressing scheme and IP Services to meet network requirements in a medium-sized Enterprise branch office network.
- Demonstrate ability to configure, verify, and troubleshoot basic router operation and routing on Cisco devices.
- Solve problems individually and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate understanding of database concepts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in installation and maintenance of a server environment.
Information Systems Technology, Network Administration, A.A.S. Degree
At the completion of the second year, graduates will be able to:
- Develop and implement security procedures.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
- Establish an Active Directory environment on Microsoft Windows Server.
- Configure basic TCP/IP networking services on Microsoft Windows.
- Perform system backups and restore data.
- Understand ethical responsibilities and consequences.
- Control network access using firewalls and ACL's.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot devices in the network.
- Solve problems individually and in a team environment.
- Gather, interpret, and analyze data in computer forensic investigations.
- Install and maintain a virtual environment.
Information Systems Technology, System Administration, A.A.S. Degree
At the completion of the second year, graduates will be able to:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange/Linux Servers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic understanding of a datacenter environment.
- Install and maintain a virtual environment.
