It must be clearly marked “Mitchell Tech House #111.” The public bid opening will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 5th. The purchase is subject to meeting reserve (Minimum bid: $460,000) and approval by the Mitchell School Board.
The buyer will pay an excise tax of 2% on the purchase price, less the lot price and previously paid excise tax. The closing will be held by June 30, 2025. Upon awarding a successful bid, the successful bidder must pay a $5,000 non-refundable deposit. The minimum bid is $460,000.
