Mitchell Technical Institute student Dalton Kelly-Richter, Quinn, SD, posted a 20th place finish in Steer Wrestling at the recent College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, WY. Kelly-Richter faced some tough competition throughout the week, but was able to finish in the top 20. He placed 27th in the Team Roping event.

Kelly-Richter will be a second-year student in Telecommunications this fall. He was accompanied at the CNFR by MTI rodeo coach Jimmie Nicolaus.
