The Mitchell Technical College Accounting program offers broad training in key business areas that employers want such as accounts receivable clerk, accounting assistant, billing clerk, bookkeeper, management trainee, payroll clerk or auditing clerk. When working in accounting, you’ll serve in a critical role for any business. You’ll analyze and interpret financial information, prepare financial statements, conduct audits, prepare special business and financial studies, prepare forecasts and budgets and provide tax services.The integration of technology allows students to take some courses face-to-face and some as hybrids (a combination of online and face-to-face). This program is not currently offered as a fully online program. Accountants and bookkeepers continue to be in high demand; the Accounting program will provide the graduate with many options. Leading employers are seeking out our graduates!
